About Serena Vine

Enrolling in a sommelier course was an almost obligatory choice. Now I am a third level student and I would like to share this journey of mine with all enthusiasts and in particular I would like to discover ancient, hybridized and rare vines to which I have already dedicated a Facebook page. At the moment with this blog I aim to also disseminate the cultural side of wine and its traditions. Precisely to delve deeper into Italian and European food and wine traditions, I am currently enrolled in a university course in gastronomic sciences.

Bacchus & Art

Everything that involves the most sensitive human abilities can be classified as art.

“Artfully made” is a way of saying that means the creation of something that exceeds craftsmanship.

Dedicating oneself to winemaking activities, today as yesterday, is a commitment that goes beyond peasant handycraft.

Enotourism

Tasting wine without going to the places where it is produced is like looking at an impressionist painting up close, you wouldn't understand its meaning. Therefore I decided to create this section in my blog to entice those who don’t want or can't visit the places of wine and to give interesting ideas to those who are already enticed by this idea.
